TEMPLARS announces the elevation of Cyriacus Orlu, Dupe Dabiri and Sesan Sulaiman to the Partnership, effective January 1, 2023.

Cyriacus Orlu:
A member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution practice, he advises a broad range of clients in diverse high-profile cases from multinational companies in the oil and gas industry to maritime, telecommunication, hospitality and entertainment companies. He has also distinguished himself in the fields of environmental law litigation, criminal law practice, private investigation, forensic accounting and fraud investigation.
Cyriacus is a Notary Public of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators of Nigeria, a Member of the International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (USA) as well as a Certified Forensic Examiner and he currently heads the Firm’s Port Harcourt office.
Dupe Dabiri:
A member of the Firm’s Finance practice group, she possesses an in-depth understanding of diverse transactions in Banking and Finance and Energy & Natural Resources. She also advises a broad range of clients, including public and private financial institutions, on a wide variety of subjects such as structured Finance and other infrastructure projects, corporate restructuring and insolvency, mergers & acquisitions, concessions and Islamic Finance.
Sesan Sulaiman:
A member of the Firm’s Tax and Dispute Resolution practice groups, Sesan remains a multisectoral, dynamic lawyer with broad expertise in tax, energy, international dispute resolution and regulatory compliance laws. She provides quality commercial legal services to high-value clients in relation to arbitration, international taxation, tax structuring and planning, oil and gas advisory, mergers and acquisitions, public policy and regulatory compliance.
