- Advised Rovingheights Nigeria Limited (the implementing entity of the Nigeria Off-Grid Market Acceleration Program), in connection with the pilot phase of its financing of productive use technologies in the Nigerian power sector.
- Advised Google in connection with the operation of the Google Street View Project in Nigeria, an innovative technology that offers interactive panoramic views from positions along streets, roads, and other locations around the world.
- Advised ABS Limited on health, safety and environmental (“HSE”) compliance requirements and obligations in connection with its operations in the Nigerian maritime industry.
- Advised Axian Telecoms in connection with its acquisition of 80% shareholding in Pan African Towers (the “Target”). Particularly advised on aspects relating to the Target’s employee and company policies.
- Advising African Finance Corporation (“AFC”) on a proposed provision of a senior secured corporate term facility to a company in the Nigerian oil and gas industry.
- Advised an asset management company in connection with the acquisition of Nigerian entities in the aviation sector. Particularly advised on regulatory consent requirements and procedures for the transfer of permits and licenses, in view of the acquisition.
