Can Companies Mandate Employees’ Vaccination?
We are observing a slow return to normalcy in the workplace due to the introduction of the COVID 19 vaccines. We are also witnessing an increasing number of companies seeking to mandate that employees get vaccinated.
At a minimum, companies and employers need to review their employment contracts and be aware of relevant Nigeran statutes and case law to be aware of what is (and is not) possible and reflect current realities.
