Templars’ partners Chike Obianwu and Zelda Akindele were pleased to join our client Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise at the official flag off ceremony for construction of the approximately US$1.5 billion Lekki Deep Sea Port project on Thursday, 29 March, 2018. The project was flagged off by Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo [with the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Industry, Trade & Investment and other dignitaries in attendance].
On completion, the Lekki Deep Sea Port will be the largest port in Nigeria with the capacity to support a throughput of 2.7 million 20-foot equivalent units of cargo containers annually. The port is expected to serve as a hub for port operations for West Africa.
