Nana Kofi Amadieh is an Associate of the firm who practices in the Corporate and Commercial, Banking and Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. Nana holds an LLB degree from Lancaster University and a QCL from the Ghana School of Law.
Prior to joining TEMPLARS, Nana worked as a legal assistant with First Atlantic Bank. This experience provided Nana with a solid foundation in banking and finance law and regulatory compliance.

- Assisted the transactions team on advising Blackstar Advisory Group on the proposed acquisition of a microfinance institution.
- Advised Sarpong Capital Ltd. on the proposed acquisition of a licensed fund manager.
- Developed a comprehensive corporate governance compliance manual for First Atlantic Bank enabling them to navigate the corporate governance framework established by the Bank of Ghana.
- Advised on the equity investment of USD30,000,000 by Minerals Income Investment Fund in Electrochem Ghana Ltd.
- Advised on the operationalization of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the National Communications Authority.
