The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) has released a draft of its proposed Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Fees Regulations, 2024. These Proposed Regulations aim to set fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses, permits, and approvals, impacting midstream and downstream petroleum operations.

Key Highlights include revision of application fees, revocation of existing fees and introduction of a new fee schedule. Stakeholders are encouraged to review and provide feedback on the Proposed Regulations.
