Templars Partner and Chairman Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Business Law, Olu Akpata was recently interviewed by Thisday Newspaper ahead of the section’s 11th Edition of the Annual Business Law Conference. In his interview, he commented on the ease of doing business in Nigeria, the restructuring and privatization of the Power Sector in the country, the immigration situation with valid visa-holding Nigerians seeking entry into the United States of America among a host of other issues. He also discussed the efforts of the NBA – SBL council in raising the standard of commercial law practice in Nigeria and the success achieved by the annual conference thus far.
