On Wednesday, 13 April 2022, the Court of Appeal (CA) held in favour of two International Oil Companies (IOCs), by upholding the jurisdiction of the Tax Appeal Tribunal (TAT) to hear and determine tax appeals in an appeal filed by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
