Our Senior Associate, Stanley U. Nweke-Eze, recently authored a chapter in “The Guide to Advocacy – Fifth Edition” published by Global Arbitration Review (GAR). The chapter titled, “Cultural Considerations in Advocacy: English-Speaking Africa”, discusses general aspects and approaches to written and oral advocacy in English-speaking African jurisdictions.
GAR is the leading resource on international arbitration news and community intelligence, and it “covers everything from case strategy to the hard skills of written advocacy and cross-examination, and much more. It also contains the wit and wisdom on advocacy of more than 40 practicing arbitrators, including some of the world’s biggest names in this field.”
