TEMPLARS advised OVH Energy BV, a joint venture between Helios Investment Partners LP and Vitol in relation to OVH Energy BV’s exit from Nigeria via the sale of its 100% shareholding in OVH Energy Marketing Limited and ASPM Limited to a Nigerian company- Nueoil Energy Limited.
Prior to this sale, both OVH Energy BV subsidiaries were the second largest downstream company in Africa, with downstream assets including reception jetty (ASPM) with 240,000MT monthly capacity, eight LPG Plants, three Lubes blending plants, three Aviation Depots, twelve warehouses and other related businesses.
