The new firm will not only provide clients with first rate legal services in Ghana but will also provide a strategic base for clients looking to access other key hubs in the West African region and other parts of Africa.

As part of the expansion, we will welcome a 12-person team of highly experienced Ghanaian lawyers, many of whom are also qualified in other jurisdictions. The new team will work closely with colleagues in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt to provide clients with seamless high-quality services across markets.

Lawyers at the new firm have deep knowledge of the Ghanaian economy and will offer full commercial legal services and strategic dispute resolution support across all sectors of the economy, including mining, energy, infrastructure, financial services, education, franchising, telecommunications, tax, and fintech.
