Inam Wilson of Templars spoke at the 3rd Annual Cross-Border Litigation and Asset Recovery Forum, which held in Lagos on Thursday, November 5, 2015

The topic discussed in Inam’s session was Use of arbitration as an instrument of fraud: spotting the warning signs and strategies for challenging the ensuing award.
Inam is an experienced practitioner whose work ranges from civil and commercial litigation to regularly advising on transactions and regulatory/compliance issues relating to shipping, maritime, employment, labour, oil and gas, M&A, trusts and general corporate advisory. He currently heads the Labour and Employment Group and is also a member of the Energy and Projects, Corporate and Commercial as well as the Dispute Resolution Practice Groups at Templars.
