- Advising Mota Engil Nigeria and Africa Finance Corporation on the value-added concession under the Federal Government Highway Development and Management Initiative in connection with the development, operation, maintenance, and management of certain Federal Highways in Nigeria.
- Advising Badagry Port Development Limited in connection with the financing for the development of the Badagry Port and ancillary facilities.
- Advised SPUL SUB 2 Limited as Borrower on a term loan from Chapel Hill Denham, as the managers of the Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund.
- Advised Starsight Power Utility Limited on a multi-billion term loan facility from Rand Merchant Bank.
- Advised Africa Agriculture and Trade Investment Fund (AATIF), a public-private partnership committed to elevating Africa’s capacity in the agricultural sector, in connection with a US$15 Million Dollar Facility granted to Sterling Bank Plc.
- Advised Starsight Energy Africa Holding in connection with its merger with Solar Africa, a South African Power Company, in order to amalgamate the Nigerian subsidiaries and expand the group’s operations across Africa.
