Oluwadamilola Banire is an associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice group.
She holds an LL.B from the University of Exeter, United Kingdom, where she graduated with a Second-Class Upper Division. Oluwadamilola is admitted to practice law in Nigeria, as well as the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
She has extensive experience in dispute resolution, particularly in litigation and arbitration. Her experience spans several industries including telecommunications, oil and gas, and construction, where she advises and represents clients in high-stakes, commercially significant disputes.

- Successfully represented clients in several multi-billion Naira debt recovery and insolvency disputes, including enforcement actions and contentious winding-up proceedings;
- Advised on labour and employment law compliance, as well as dispute resolution strategy, for a multinational client operating across multiple jurisdictions in Sub-Saharan Africa;
- Member of the team defending a sovereign entity in a multi-million Dollar international arbitration arising from a dispute in the extractive industry sector;
- Member of the team that provided regulatory compliance advice and legal opinions to leading telecommunications companies, navigating complex, sector-specific licensing and operational frameworks;
- She is actively involved in high-stakes litigation and arbitration arising from complex commercial transactions, particularly within the oil and gas sector, including disputes involving infrastructure concession agreements and strategic contract enforcement.
