In her leadership roles, Ruqayyatu has demonstrated remarkable capabilities. She served as the class chairperson and made history as the first female Principal Partner of a student-based chambers at ABU, Zaria. Her leadership experience extends to her role as an assistant group leader at the Nigerian Law School’s Lagos campus, among other notable positions.
As a legal professional, Ruqayyatu is affiliated with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and holds the title of Associate at the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and Conciliators (AICMC), showcasing her commitment to her field. Her practical experience is well-rounded, having interned virtually at internationally recognized law firms, which provided her with invaluable insights into the global legal landscape.
