Theo Onyekachi Eke is an Associate in the Firm’s Energy and Natural Resources practice group.
Theo’s practice includes assisting with proposed acquisitions and divestments of upstream assets, addressing commercial issues during production and development operations, and handling crude oil sale and purchase transactions.
He has foundation in finance and capital markets; he advises local and international clients on various transactions including project finance, capital market, structured financing and intellectual property.
He graduated with a first class from the Nigerian Law School.
